With a background in scaling startups, leading operations, and raising venture capital, Rachel brings a wealth of experience to those navigating pivotal career transitions, co-founder dynamics, and operational challenges.

Rachel co-founded and served as COO of a gov-tech startup backed by OpenAI, where she spearheaded go-to-market strategies and talent acquisition. During her time as Head of Operations at Polimorphic, she managed a $5.6M Seed+ fundraise and grew the team by 225%, while overseeing finance, HR, and legal functions.

Before leading startup operations, Rachel began her career in venture capital as Chief of Staff at Cowboy Ventures and True Equity. At True Equity, she supported the launch of a $50M fund and developed the True Equity internship program. Additionally, she led strategic projects for the Co-CEO of True Search, a global executive search firm serving high-growth, venture-backed, and private equity-backed startups.

Rachel holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Princeton University, where she served as Student Body President and wrote her senior thesis on systemic hiring practices in venture capital.
